Please use this form below to tell me as much about your day as you can. I know that it might not be entirely relevant as every wedding is different but hopefully you can use it to let me know where people will be, and when, and what is happening! The more I know about the day in advance the better!

Group photo list:

Please list any specific group photos. If it is easier to make a spreadsheet and email it to me that's great. This will really help family photos go ALOT faster. Please have your officiant ask the family to stick around for photos after the ceremony.

Designated photo helper: *

It's super helpful if you can nominate an usher/friend/bridesmaid etc (or 2!) to help arrange and corral the people for the above photos and to help keep things as smooth and quick as possible on the day. Ideally someone in the bride/grooms party who knows most of the key people and is willing to call off the names on the list.

Other Photos and info: *

Anything else I might need to know - photos you specifically want? Portrait locations you would like to use? Are there any divorces, deaths, etc., which I should know about as so not to embarrass anyone? If there are any divorces are they ok with being photographed together?

Suppliers information: *

It is really helpful to find as much out about your suppliers as I can.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE FOR FAMILY PHOTOS BETWEEN CEREMONY AND DINNER BEING SERVED? *

If everything goes smoothly and everyone sticks around for family photos we can finish in about 20-40 minutes. Unless you do a first look we will do wedding party photos and bride and groom photos after family photos which we will need an additional 30-40 minutes for.

Do you have a videographer? If so, what is their name? *

iS THEIR ANY PHOTOS YOU WOULD LIKE TAKEN DURING DINNER?

Guest usually don't care to have photos taken while they are eating. If your package includes more than 7 hours please provide a meal for the second shooter (if applicable) and myself. The only time I really stop working during the day is when you sit down to eat.
